Event Booking Terms & Conditions
1. Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully processed (where applicable) and a confirmation email has been sent. Please keep your booking confirmation or reference number safe, as it may be required upon arrival. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us before the event. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Tickets & Admission
A valid booking confirmation or ticket is required for entry to all ticketed events. Please arrive at least 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow for check-in. Entry may be refused if a booking cannot be verified. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time specified on the confirmation. Seating may be limited depending on the event.
3. Event Changes
While every effort is made to deliver events as advertised, Yasmina Café reserves the right to make changes when necessary. This may include changes to the schedule, speakers, tutors, performers, or event format. Any significant updates will be communicated to registered attendees as soon as possible. Such changes do not automatically qualify for a refund unless otherwise stated.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review this policy before making your booking. If Yasmina Café cancels or reschedules an event, affected attendees will be informed promptly with the available options. Refund eligibility will depend on the circumstances outlined in the policy.
5. Waiting List
If an event reaches full capacity, you may register for the waiting list. Joining the waiting list does not guarantee a place at the event. If a space becomes available, invitations will be offered in the order registrations are received. Any offer must be accepted within the timeframe provided; otherwise, it may be offered to another person.
